Business Owner's Policy

A Business Owner’s Policy (BOP) combines business property and business liability insurance into one business insurance policy. BOP insurance helps cover your business from claims resulting from things like fire, theft or other covered disasters. Business owners insurance also helps cover claims that could arise from your business’s operation. These include claims of bodily injury or property damage. They also include claims related to personal and advertising injury.

General & Professional Liability

General liability insurance helps cover your costs to respond to a claim that your business caused property damage or bodily injury. It can help pay for: A customer or client’s medical expenses if they slip and fall in your business. Repair costs to fix a wall that your employee accidentally damaged while working at a customer’s home. Legal costs to defend your business in a lawsuit. Judgments and settlements from a customer or client’s lawsuit.

Business Income

Business income insurance is a type of business insurance that helps you replace lost income resulting from:  Fire damage, Theft and Wind damage. Business income insurance acts as business interruption coverage or income protection insurance. For example, say your business is unable to operate and generate revenue due to covered property damage. This includes damage from a fire, wind or theft. Your business income insurance may help cover your costs until your business is up and running again. This way you can continue to pay expenses, such as payroll and monthly bills, while your business property is being repaired or replaced.

Commercial Auto

Commercial auto insurance helps cover the costs of an auto accident if you or an employee is at fault. This coverage can help pay for damaged property and medical expenses – even in the event of a fatal accident. Commercial auto insurance can help protect business owners and their companies if, for example: An employee hits a pedestrian while driving one of the business vehicles. The pedestrian requires medical treatment that results in large medical bills. You swerve off the road while driving to work in a company vehicle and take out a residential mailbox. An employee driving to work in a company vehicle hits another car and totals it.

Worker's Comp.

Workers’ compensation insurance, also known as workman’s comp or workers’ comp, gives your employees benefits if they get a work-related injury or illness. These benefits can help: Cover their medical care. Replace most of their lost wages if they take time to recover. Provide disability benefits. Pay for their funeral if they lose their life. Workers’ comp also has benefits for you, as a small business owner. If your injured employee or their family sues your business, it can help cover your legal costs.
